This moist and rich chocolate cake has been a family favorite for many Sandefur birthdays and even a wedding. With this version each layer is topped with caramel butter cream followed with a layer of chocolate ganache, pecans, and finally topped with caramel sauce.

This rich 2 layer chocolate mud cake is filled with chocolate ganache, topped with chocolate frosting and covered with fondant, beautifully decorated by Ginger in an Indian motif. A one of a kind fabulous dessert, made jut for our event!

A rich, rich dense chocolate cake dripping with chocolate ganache frosting and garnished with fresh raspberries. Even better with the accompanying homemade raspberry sauce drizzled over the top. Made without flour or leavening so it is naturally gluten free although it was baked in a kitchen where gluten is present.
